Dating from the mid 1940s, this black rayon crepe dress features a glorious bouquet of blue-green sequin flowers. There is a peplum that dips lower in back and has side slits. The skirt flares subtly. The 3/4-length sleeves have darting at their inner elbows for fit. There is a side covered metal zipper and back neck keyhole opening with hook-and-bar closure. There is a size tag and an order tag in the dress, but no maker's label.
